Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Colliseum (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Account Registration
To purchase tickets or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@colliseum.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable. Colliseum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Ticket Purchases & Fees
All ticket sales are subject to availability. Prices displayed include applicable service fees and taxes unless otherwise noted. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
Service fees cover platform operations, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in Section 4. Colliseum is not responsible for pricing errors caused by third-party event organizers.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's policy at the time of purchase and will be displayed on the event listing. In general:
- Cancelled events: full refund including service fees within 10 business days.
- Postponed events: option to retain tickets for the new date or request a refund.
- Customer-initiated cancellations: subject to organizer policy; service fees may be retained.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Colliseum is not liable for delays caused by your financial institution.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to purchase or monitor tickets.
- Resell tickets at prices above face value where prohibited by law.
- Provide false information to circumvent purchase limits.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Colliseum staff.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of purchased tickets without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Colliseum or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Event images and descriptions are provided by organizers and remain their property. Colliseum claims no ownership over organizer-submitted content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Colliseum does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Colliseum acts as an intermediary between buyers and event organizers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of any event.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLISEUM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
